Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant (SAP CRM Sales Exposure Preferred)

Job Location: Hyderabad


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join our team for an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA Service (formerly Customer Service/CS module) with a solid understanding of integration between SD, MM, and FICO modules. Exposure to SAP CRM Sales processes will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Service module.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities including:
  • Service Contracts
  • Service Orders
  • Service Notifications
  • Warranties
  • Field Service Management
  • Integrate Service module with SD, MM, and FICO modules.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide support during go-live and post go-live stabilization phases.
  • Prepare project documentation including BPDs, FSDs, test cases, configuration documents, and training manuals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Support SAP CRM Sales processes where required, including integration with Service scenarios.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service (especially post ECC CS transition into S/4HANA components).
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Service Order Management
  • Service Contracts
  • Service Billing
  • Knowledge of SAP FSM (Field Service Management) or SAP CRM Service is a plus.
  • Understanding of technical objects such as equipment, serial numbers, functional locations, and warranties.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to service processes.
  • Integration experience with SD, MM, FICO, and third-party systems.
  • Basic ABAP debugging skills.
  • Experience working with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions such as SAP C4C or SAP BTP is an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP CRM Sales processes and integration with Service module preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
