SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant:

• 8+ years of experience leading, configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA environments

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing financial processes
• AP
• AR
• Managing General Ledger
• Asset Accounting
• Taxation India Mandatory and overseas preferable
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Profit Centre Accounting using Fiori apps, with integration knowledge of MM/SD.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Functional Design: Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) and implement Fiori apps for user experience.
• System Integration: Perform integration mapping with other modules such as SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Project Systems (PS).
• Data Migration & Testing: Lead data migration, validation, and testing cycles (unit testing, UAT).
• Business Process Optimization: Analyse, map, and re-engineer business processes to align with S/4HANA best practices.
• Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and training for key users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in SAP FICO, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the S/4HANA Universal Journal (), New General Ledger, and Embedded Analytics.
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent; MBA/CA/CMA is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience in Fiori apps and ABAP debugging.
• Exposure to Treasury (TRM) and Central Finance.
