About the Role

TCS is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to deliver finance transformation projects for global clients. This role requires deep functional knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance FP&A implementations , including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using SAP best practices.
• Configure and support Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) , Cost Center Planning , and Financial Consolidation .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models , reporting structures , and analytics requirements .
• Ensure integration with FI, CO , and other enterprise systems for seamless financial operations.
• Drive data migration , master data governance , and compliance with global accounting standards .

Mandatory Skills

• 711 years of experience in SAP Finance , with strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis .
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and implementation projects .
• Expertise in planning models , budgeting , forecasting , and profitability analysis (CO-PA) .
• Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO , and reporting tools .
• Ability to conduct business workshops , perform fit-gap analysis , and propose solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
• Experience with Group Reporting , Consolidation , and Predictive Planning .
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models .
• Exposure to financial compliance frameworks , taxation processes , and global standards .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
