BAU / Production support for SAP S/4HANA WM / EWM

Incident, problem & change management

Support Inbound, Outbound & Internal Warehouse processes

Root cause analysis & issue resolution

Coordinate with business users and technical teams

IDoc, interface & job monitoring

Documentation, SOPs & knowledge transfer
