SAP S/4 Hana Lead

We are hiring for an AI-Powered Program Assurance Lead (SAP S/4HANA) for Delhi location having 15 years of experience in Greenfield transformation This is an independent client-side assurance role (not an SI delivery role).

Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Governance

• Oversee end-to-end usage of the AI platform by the implementation partner.
• Ensure AI is applied effectively for:
• Code generation
• Functional & technical documentation
• Test artefacts and traceability
• Monitor adoption, output quality, and effectiveness.

Program & Partner Oversight

• Provide independent oversight of SI delivery progress and readiness.
• Identify risks early and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Ensure milestones reflect actual execution status, not optimistic reporting.

Client & CXO Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Present clear, fact-based program health and risk assessments.
• Support steering committee decisions with evidence-backed insights.

Experience Profile

• 15+ years in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• Expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, and delivery assurance.
• Prior experience collaborating with Tier-1 SIs (EY, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
• Solid understanding of AI-assisted delivery and assurance models.
• Executive presence with sound judgment.
