SAP S/4 FICO Lead – Costing & Controlling

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building Indias first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU), and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Role Overview

This role acts as the subject matter expert for costing, controlling, and financial integration in manufacturing. The SAP S/4 FICO Lead will be responsible for leading costing strategy, standard cost computation, and end-of-period processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, and Controlling.
• Drive endtoend Standard Costing cycles (CK11N/CK40N/CK24).
• Define costing models for BOMs, routings, overhead, activities, and variances.
• Support WIP, settlements, and cost center allocations.
• Integrate costing with PP, MM, SD, and BY systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience (including S/4 RISE migration).
• Strong expertise in costing, Material Ledger (ML), and COPA.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of BOMs, routings, and production flows.
• Bachelors Degree
