Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Identify and attract qualified SAP candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri), and professional networks.
- Role Definition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, such as specific SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM), SAP S/4HANA, or ABAP development.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the candidate experience.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a database of candidates for future needs and report on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 510 years of experience in SAP/IT recruitment experience is must
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HCM), SAP S/4HANA, and development tools (ABAP, Fiori).
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and networking tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
