Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for SAP professionals across multiple SAP modules and must be well-versed with US recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP requirements in the US market.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Sales team to understand client requirements.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified SAP consultants for contract, C2C, and full-time positions.
• Handle SAP skillsets including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, BW, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM, TM, PP, QM, etc.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal database, referrals, and networking.
• Perform preliminary technical screening and validate candidates experience, visa status, availability, and rate.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly.
• Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing norms, visa types, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP US Staffing recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types (H1B, USC, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and closing skills.
