SAP PP/ PPDS/QM Consultant

Our client, a leading technology-driven organization with a strong presence in India, the US, and the Middle East, is looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join their team in Kochi, InfoPark.

If you have 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, hands-on exposure to S4 HANA/ECC, and a passion for production planning and quality management in the manufacturing domain, this role is for you!

What youll do:

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM functional specifications

Configure and customize SAP modules, set up master data (BOMs, work centers, routings)

Lead implementations and ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and other modules

Execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide end-user training

Document processes and configurations comprehensively

Continuously improve production planning and quality management processes

Key Skills & Experience:

SAP PP/QM implementation and support (minimum 2 full life-cycle projects)

Strong configuration, testing, and integration skills

Production Order Processing in discrete/repetitive manufacturing

Quality Management across procurement, production, and sales

Master data management: BOMs, work centers, routings, inspection plans

Functional specification documentation & coordination with ABAP teams

Exposure to SAP Fiori, S4 systems, and cross-functional modules (Finance, SD, Procurement)

Bonus Skills:

SAP PPDS experience

S/4 HANA implementation experience

Willingness to travel (domestic/international)
