Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) to design, build, and configure solutions that support critical business processes and application requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring optimal application performance, usability, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act as a trusted technical advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Lead and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality SAP QM solutions.
• Take ownership of key technical and team-level decisions.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to critical project and design decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to complex application and process-related issues.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with business goals and timelines.
• Promote best practices in application design, configuration, and delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Solid understanding of application design principles and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with SAP project lifecycle, SDLC, and Agile delivery models.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex application issues.
• Familiarity with SAP integration processes and related tools.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
