Roles and Responsibilities

• Solid hands-on experience in SAP QM processes, e.g., Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, GR Inspection for Purchase Order, GI Inspection for Production Order, In-Process Inspection, Procurement Inspection, Material Movements, Managing/Updating Stock Inventory, Quality Notification.
• Strong experience in implementing multiple S4 Hana projects, Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis.
• Solid hands-on experience in end to end process of Quality management, e.g. Creating/Updating Quality Notification, Inspection methods, triggering inspection lots, Workflow updates through Quality Notification tasks, Usage Decision and Stock Posting. Should have knowledge on SAP QM to EWM integration related to Master data configuration, inspection types.
• Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with SAP QM module.
• Partners closely with business, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery.
• Translate the end-to-end process into solutions designs, oversee the translation of business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix
• Identify and manage functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
• Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
• Design (Blueprint and Spec)
• Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
• Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
• Training/Documentation
• Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
• Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Provide end user support during hyper care
• Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• 10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (QM, MM, PP)
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms
• Have worked in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion
• Nice to have experience with Batch management and Handling Unit management.
• Nice to have experience with QM & EWM integration.
• Should have good technical knowledge on interfaces from SAP to Non-SAP systems e.g. RFC, Web Service, Idoc etc.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with other S4 modules, and with Non-SAP QMS and MES systems (e.g. ComplianceQuest, Siemens OpCenter etc) preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking, oral/written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction
