Implementation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP Public Cloud implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-production support
• Architect and design cloud-based SAP solutions aligned with client business requirements and industry best practices
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across multiple engagements
• Oversee data migration strategies, system integrations, and cloud deployment models

Technical & Strategic Expertise

• Provide deep expertise in SAP Public Cloud solutions
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal cloud configuration and customization approaches
• Define integration strategies between SAP Public Cloud and on-premise or other cloud systems
• Drive change management and adoption strategies for cloud transformations

Team & Client Management

• Mentor and develop junior consultants and implementation team members
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development

Experience

• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience
• At least 2 successful full-cycle SAP Public Cloud implementations in a lead capacity
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-phase enterprise projects
• Experience across multiple industries preferred.

Skills

• Deep expertise in one or more SAP Public Cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and deployment methodologies
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (Cloud Integration, APIs, middleware solutions)
• Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies
