Hiring: SAP PS Consultant Real Estate / EPC

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with strong domain exposure in Real Estate, Construction, or EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across 35 full-cycle SAP implementations and deep expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and cross-module integrations.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required

1 Project Structuring & Planning

• Design and manage WBS structures for buildings, towers, floors, and phases
• Construction milestone planning and progress tracking
• Project scheduling aligned with execution milestones

2 Budgeting, Costing & Control

• Project budgeting and availability control (AVC)
• Project cost planning, forecasting, and cost-to-complete analysis
• Manage Assets Under Construction (AUC)
• Settlement of project costs to assets and cost centers

3 Integration & End-to-End Flow

• Integrate SAP PS with:
• MM procurement and service entry for construction activities
• FI/CO cost tracking, settlements, and financial reporting
• SD alignment with unit sales and billing milestones
• QM quality inspections (where applicable)
• Experience integrating SAP PS with third-party project management tools such as VisiLean, Primavera, or MS Project (MSP)

4 Reporting & Analytics

• Develop reports for:
• Tower/phase-wise cost tracking
• Project progress and earned value
• Cost-to-complete and cash flow analysis
• Utilize S/4HANA Fiori apps and embedded analytics for project oversight

5 Delivery & Governance

• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and support system configuration
• Execute SIT, UAT, and support cutover and post-go-live activities
• Conduct end-user training and provide business support

Preferred Profile

• Strong understanding of real estate or EPC project lifecycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA programs is highly preferred
