SAP Project System (PS) Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with strong functional knowledge in Project System and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements . The ideal candidate should have good integration knowledge with FI, CO, MM, and SD modules and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PS implementations , rollouts, and support projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions
• Configure SAP PS components including:
• Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
• Milestones and Project Planning
• Budgeting, Cost Planning, and Availability Control
• Revenue Recognition and Results Analysis
• Manage project execution, monitoring, and reporting within SAP PS
• Handle integration with FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), MM (Procurement), and SD (Sales)
• Support user training, UAT, and go-live activities
• Resolve production issues and provide ongoing system support
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS)
• Experience in at least 12 end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong configuration knowledge in SAP PS
• Good understanding of PSFI, PSCO, PSMM integrations
• Experience in project costing, budgeting, and settlement
• Exposure to S/4HANA PS is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• SAP PS or S/4HANA certification
• Experience in support + rollout projects
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to PS
• Exposure to Agile or Activate methodology
