SAP Project System Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of project-driven business processes on SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong functional expertise, S/4HANA transformation experience, and the ability to mentor teams and engage senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PS implementations and rollouts
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops and solution design using SAP Activate
• Design and configure S/4HANA PS including:
• WBS, Networks, Activities
• Project planning, budgeting, and availability control
• Cost planning, settlement, and results analysis
• Define and manage PS integration with:
• FI/CO
• MM
• SD
• Asset Accounting
• Prepare functional specifications and guide ABAP/Fiori development
• Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover, and go-live support
• Collaborate with business, PMO, and technical teams
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 812+ years of SAP PS experience, with minimum 23 S/4HANA implementations
• Strong expertise in:

Project costing, budgeting, and availability control

Results Analysis and revenue recognition

Settlement to FI, CO, and Assets

• Strong cross-module integration knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD)
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
