Role - Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA project)

Experience - 12 To 18 years

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA conversion and migration projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for project teams and end-users.
• Implement strong project, people, team, stakeholder, and governance models to ensure project success.
• Excellent skills in Defect Management & Overall Test monitoring and Reporting

Risk Management: -

Risk identifications and Mitigation Plans

Agile/Scrum way of working: -

Analyzing users' stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

Tools: -Microsoft project, MS office, Confluence for documentation and JIRA Quality Assurance

Minimum Qualification -

• Minimum of 14 to 16 years of experience in SAP ERP for specific modules.
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a project manager.
• Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects. '
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionalities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
