Hiring: SAP PLM + DMS Consultant | Mumbai (RTO)

Location: Mumbai Work from Office (RTO)

Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM + DMS Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing SAP team in Mumbai (Work From Office). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Document Management System (DMS) along with solid integration knowledge across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP PLM and SAP DMS solutions
• Configure and customize Document Management System (DMS) for engineering and product documentation
• Manage document structures, version control, classification, and workflows
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to optimize PLM processes
• Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Support document lifecycle processes including creation, approval, release, and archiving
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
• Prepare documentation, functional specs, and training materials

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP PLM
• Hands-on experience in SAP DMS configuration
• Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Knowledge of document structures, classification, and version control
• Integration experience with SAP MM / PP / CAD integration (preferred)
• Understanding of business processes in product development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience with CAD integration
• Exposure to S/4HANA PLM
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries
