SAP PRA Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting) Consultant with 7+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas domain.

Client: Deloitte

Endclient: Shell

Exp:8+ years

Notice period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP PRA solutions in Oil & Gas upstream operations.
• Configure and manage Production and Revenue Accounting processes including:
• Division of Interest (DOI)
• Production Allocation
• Revenue Distribution
• Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) integration
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and deployment.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as:
• SAP FI (Finance)
• SAP CO (Controlling)
• SAP JVA
• SAP MM (if applicable)
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP PRA implementation/support.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas upstream processes.
• Experience in Production Allocation and Revenue Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with DOI and Revenue Distribution.
• Knowledge of SAP JVA integration.
• Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT).
• Good understanding of SAP FI integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP PRA implementations.
• S/4HANA exposure (preferred).
• Experience working with global Oil & Gas clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the Oil & Gas industry.
