Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/PEO Consultant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) modules, with proven ability to support global clients during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PP/PEO solutions for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
• Provide end-to-end support for production planning, shop floor execution, and integration with MES systems .
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, QM, SD, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PP/PEO consulting experience .
• Strong knowledge of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers) and Production Orders .
• Expertise in PEO functionalities such as shop floor execution, order management, and integration with PLM/MES.
• Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to work with global teams.
• Ability to work independently during US shift timings .
