SAP PP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to support and enhance SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP modules including:
• Master Data (BOM, Work Centers, Routing)
• MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning
• Demand Management and Shop Floor Control
• Configure and support SAP QM processes including:
• Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots
• Quality Notifications, Results Recording
• Certificates, Usage Decisions, and Quality Info Records
• Integrate PPQM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and WM/EWM
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects
• Conduct business requirement gathering , blueprinting, and gap analysis
• Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements
• Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
• Train end users and create functional documentation
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM
• Strong configuration knowledge in PP and QM modules
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred (ECC experience acceptable)
• Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
• Experience in integration scenarios with MM, SD, and PM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
