About the Role

Accountable for Solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation ).

Responsibilities

• Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned.
• Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validation process is done properly.
• Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of on his/her area.
• Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement.
• Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing and validation.

Qualifications

• SAP and functional knowledge on PM.
• Experience in Application Support and working on SLA, CHR Delivery process to meet customer requirements and Any SAP Project Implementation activities.
• Proficient and well versed in working in S4 HANA system for SE UNIFY Journey.

Required Skills

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across relevant modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM).
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business processes and UNIFY standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation and SOPs.

Preferred Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a consultant with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support) in the area of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP MM modules.
• High level of expertise on SAP PM and MM modules.
• Configuration and customizing Maintenance plant as per the best practice of SAP PM and for utter clients satisfaction.
• Configuration entire logistic master data viz. PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
• Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
• Operational business experience.
• Very good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, ) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, ), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, ) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, ).
• Good understanding of SAP enterprise Structure and interface concept and management.
• S4 exposure and certification is a must.
