Role: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP PM solutions within a steel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP PM module and support activities, enhancements.

- Configure SAP PM objects such as equipment master, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications.

- Support preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance processes.

- Integrate SAP PM with modules like MM, EWM, FI etc.

- Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects and coordinate with technical teams.

- Conduct UAT, training, and prepare documentation.

- Ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong SAP PM functional knowledge with end-to-end implementation/support experience.

- Experience in steel, metals, mining, or heavy manufacturing industries.

- Expertise in preventive, shutdown maintenance,calibration for steel plant operations.

- Understanding of maintenance cost tracking & FI/CO integration.
