SAP PLM Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Functional Consultant with strong handson expertise in Recipe Development (RD) and PLM processes for Process Industries / CPG / Retail. The role involves support, enhancements, and upgrades across SAP PLM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and enhancements for SAP PLM Recipe Development.
• Configure PLM components including Recipe Development, Specifications, Property Tree, and other PLM SPRO settings.
• Work on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes including Engineering Records and Workflows.
• Support integration scenarios involving SAP IPD (Integrated Product Development) and LabelNow.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful PLM implementation and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders from CPG/Retail/Process industries to deliver highquality outputs.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP PLM Recipe Development (RD).
• Strong knowledge of Specification Management, Property Trees, Data Model, and PLM configuration.
• Good understanding of ECM, Engineering Records, and workflow-driven processes.
• Exposure to LABELNOW, SAP IPD, and other related PLM components.
• Strong integration knowledge between PLMPP/ QM / MM / EHS modules.
• Experience working with Process Industry or CPG/Retail clients is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills.

Qualifications

• BE/M.Tech/B.Tech or relevant degree.
• 410 years experience in SAP PLM Recipe Development and functional configurations.
