Cosima Solutions is expanding its SAP Technology practice and is seeking skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultants to support our U.S.-based clients. The SAP PM Consultant will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end maintenance processes for U.S. clients, ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance with global standards.

• Provide functional support and configuration for SAP PM across multiple landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD).
• Manage business processes for Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Refurbishment .
• Configure Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, and Measurement Documents.
• Support PM integration with MM, QM, PP, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Analyze user requirements, design solutions, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for development.
• Work on notification and work order processing, including planning, scheduling, confirmations, and technical completion.
• Perform system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), prepare test scripts, and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, handle incident management, and provide root cause analysis.
• Support data migration activities involving equipment, FLs, maintenance plans, and historical data.
• Work closely with onshore teams and U.S. plant users for enhancements, change requests, and new rollouts.
• Document business processes, configuration documents, SOPs, and training materials.

• 37 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module across ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, scheduling, equipment lifecycle management, and maintenance planning .
• Experience working with U.S. or global clients in support or implementation environments.
• Good knowledge of PM integration with MM (spare parts), QM (inspection), PP (production), and FI/CO (costing).
• Experience in handling notifications, orders, task lists, and maintenance plans.
• Ability to prepare functional specs, coordinate with ABAP teams, and validate technical developments.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Maintenance Management is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Mobility, or EAM extensions is a plus.
