Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, schemas, statutory compliance, and integration with HR & Time modules in multi-country environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll / SF ECP solutions
• Design and maintain Payroll Schemas and Rules (PCRs)
• Handle statutory compliance and country-specific payroll requirements
• Manage Payroll Control Center (PCC) (if applicable)
• Integrate Payroll with Time Management and HR modules
• Perform payroll simulations, testing, and reconciliation
• Support payroll year-end activities and audits
• Work closely with functional and technical teams for enhancements
• Prepare functional specifications and support developments

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Hands-on experience in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Time Integration
• Good understanding of multi-country payroll processing
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation rules
• Experience in payroll testing and production support

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 12 end-to-end implementation projects
• Experience in migration from SAP HCM to SF ECP (good to have)
• Knowledge of interfaces, integrations, and third-party systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
