Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Integration Tester to support a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation . The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end quality of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes through functional, integration, and regression testing.

The candidate will work closely with US-based Product, SAP Functional, Integration, and Release teams , supporting sprint execution, defect triage, and release validation during US CST hours .

Key Responsibilities:

SAP OTC Functional Testing

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP OTC processes in a greenfield environment.
• Validate key OTC scenarios, including Sales orders, returns, credit/debit notes, Pricing, discounts, and condition records, Delivery, shipping, and logistics, Billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, Credit management and AR integration.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and approved designs.

Test Design & Execution

• Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases as per QCoE standards .
• Manage and execute test cases using qTest .
• Execute: Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) Testing, Regression Testing, Maintain requirement-to-test traceability and testing evidence.

Automation & AI-Assisted Testing (Good to Have)

• Identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Support test automation using Tricentis Tosca .
• Assist in automated regression execution and validation.
• Support AI-assisted testing initiatives where applicable.

Defect Management & Collaboration

• Log and manage defects with clear steps, data, and screenshots.
• Participate in defect triage calls with SAP teams and US stakeholders.
• Retest fixes and ensure timely defect closure.
• Share testing status, risks, and quality updates with test leads.
• Support release readiness, cutover testing, and post-go-live validation.
• Test integrations with CRM, Finance, Logistics, Tax, and EDI systems .

Required Skills, Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Testing with strong OTC expertise
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes
• Mandatory experience in SAP Integration Testing
• Experience using qTest for test case management
• Experience with SIT, E2E, and regression testing
