Job Description
Job Title: SAP OTC DevOps Lead
- Minimum 5+yrs of SAP SD Support project experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create FS for ABAP custom programs for RICEFW objects.
- Knowledge on integration with other module FI/CO, MM ,PP ,WM etc.
- Added knowledge on CS and PS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD -related issues to ensure smooth business operations within SLA's.
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT.
- Assist in end user training and documentation.
- Handson Experience with Pricing, Basis SD configurations , Delivery and Billing areas.
- Ability to handle multiple Change requests and enhancements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stake holders based out of different geography.
- Good knowledge of IDOC, EDI, Integration to third party.
- Understanding of SD account assignment and revenue recognition process.
- Experience with SAP SD user exists.
- S4 HANA experience mandatory. Knowledge of latest Sales Simplification is desirable.
