Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Migration and QLIK Gold Client. The role involves designing, building, and configuring data migration solutions to support business processes and application requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP data migration activities.
• Collaborate with and guide teams to deliver effective data migration solutions.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and scope master and transactional data migration requirements.
• Export and import master and transactional data between Production and Non-Production SAP systems using QLIK Gold Client.
• Perform data scrambling during migration to ensure data security and compliance.
• Utilize time-slicing features in QLIK Gold Client for selective data migration.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business timelines and objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
• Proficiency with QLIK Gold Client for SAP data export/import activities.

Core Technical Skills:

• Expertise in capturing, gathering, and scoping data requirements.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience in data mapping, validation, and transformation processes.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Master Data Migration is mandatory.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
