Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP HANA XSA SAP HANA SDQ SAP HANA SDI SAP HANA Performance Tuning SAP DWC and SAP HANA Data Provisioning. Additionally domain experience in Merchandising Finance and Accounting is mandatory. This role will involve leading technical projects optimizing performance and ensuring seamless data integration.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP HANA solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of SAP HANA XSA SDQ and SDI components.Provide technical expertise in SAP HANA Performance Tuning to optimize system performance.Ensure efficient data provisioning using SAP HANA Data Provisioning techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HANA solutions with other systems.Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP HANA solutions.Implement best practices for data management and security in SAP HANA environments.Support the Finance and Accounting teams with SAP HANA-based solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP HANA technologies.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAP HANA XSA SDQ SDI and Performance Tuning.Demonstrate expertise in SAP DWC and SAP HANA Data Provisioning.Have domain experience in Merchandising Finance and Accounting.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in technical documentation and best practices.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 (SPS05) or equivalent.
