Job Title: Engineer - IT ERP (SAP DM)

Location: ONSITE - DUBAI, UAE

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP/QM/MES professional with a strong IT engineering background.
• The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), along with the ability to lead and support implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SAP PP, QM, and MES modules.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP PP/QM solutions, including integration with MES systems.
• Provide support for SAP production environments including issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead or support full lifecycle SAP implementation and rollout projects.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes through MES integrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP BASIS, ABAP, and other functional consultants.
• Provide training and support to end users and key stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for functional specifications, test cases, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 510 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP MES (e.g., SAP ME, MII, or other third-party MES systems).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and quality control procedures.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration, customizing, and debugging.
• Ability to write functional specs for RICEFW objects.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects (at least 12 full cycle implementations).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and WM modules.
• Experience in working with global teams and multi-site rollouts.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing concepts.
• Certification in SAP PP or QM modules is a plus.
