Looking for an experienced SAP BTP leader to define strategy, deliver enterprise-grade data solutions, and lead a high-performing team. This role offers high ownership, strategic impact, and exposure to SAP cloud transformation programs across India.

Location: PAN India

Mode: Hybrid / WFO / As per project requirement

Notice Period: Immediate 60 Days

Experience: 12 16 Years

Budget: Up to 45 LPA

Education: B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA in IT, Computer Science, or related fields

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute SAP BTP Datasphere strategy across enterprise programs
• Lead data modeling, integration, governance, and analytics initiatives using SAP Datasphere
• Oversee end-to-end data solution delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams to align data solutions with enterprise objectives
• Drive adoption of SAP BTP services, automation, and best practices across teams
• Mentor and manage junior and mid-level consultants, building a strong SAP BTP capability

Preferred Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud
• Expertise in SAP HANA, SQL, ETL, APIs, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience integrating S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and non-SAP systems
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, multi-cloud deployments, and governance frameworks
• Proven leadership in managing teams, stakeholder communication, and enterprise projects
• Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
