SAP Manager

Role Summary

The SAP RAR Process Manager acts as the primary techno-functional contact for Revenue Accounting and Reporting, ensuring full compliance with IFRS 15 standards. This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into seamless end-to-end process designs with a specific emphasis on SD integration. You will drive continuous improvement within the Lead to Cash process while managing a prioritized product backlog in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead techno-functional expert and main point of contact for all SAP RAR initiatives
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end process designs including SD integration
• Ensure strict adherence to IFRS 15 compliance across all revenue accounting processes
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog through Business Analysis and User Story engineering
• Coordinate cross-stream activities within the Lead to Cash process to drive efficiency
• Facilitate continuous process improvement and innovation in an agile setup

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
• Proficient in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering including writing User Stories
• Deep understanding and practical experience with IFRS 15 standards
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for global stakeholder management
• Experience with SD integration and Lead to Cash process workflows
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable
