Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end US recruitment for SAP roles across multiple modules
  • Drive C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring for US clients
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters; ensure productivity and quality submissions
  • Work closely with sales/BD teams on requirement prioritization and closures
  • Handle complex SAP requirements and critical positions independently
  • Track KPIs, submissions, interviews, and closures; ensure delivery targets are met
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 68 years of US IT staffing experience, with strong focus on SAP recruitment
  • Proven experience in leading SAP hiring teams
  • Strong expertise in C2C hiring (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FICO, ABAP, HANA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
