Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end US recruitment for SAP roles across multiple modules
- Drive C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring for US clients
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters; ensure productivity and quality submissions
- Work closely with sales/BD teams on requirement prioritization and closures
- Handle complex SAP requirements and critical positions independently
- Track KPIs, submissions, interviews, and closures; ensure delivery targets are met
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of US IT staffing experience, with strong focus on SAP recruitment
- Proven experience in leading SAP hiring teams
- Strong expertise in C2C hiring (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with tools like JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FICO, ABAP, HANA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
