Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FI-CA modules end-to-end
• Handle core FI-CA components:
• Business Partner & Contract Accounts
• Open Item Management
• Invoicing & Payments
• Dunning & Collections
• Returns & Write-offs
• Work on integration with:
• SAP SD / IS-U / FI-GL
• Support FI-CA posting, reconciliation, and clearing processes
• Gather business requirements and perform FitGap analysis
• Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments
• Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and Go-Live
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements & interfaces
• Provide production support and resolve critical billing/receivables issues
• Work closely with business stakeholders on finance transformation initiatives
