Job Title: SAP ISU FICA Functional

Main Job Purpose: This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants
• Handling of Incident and Change Request
• Familiar with SLA
• Working with deadlines
• Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers
• Delivery within budget

Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.

Technical knowledge & Experience required:

Qualifications:

• First class Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science preferred) from a reputed university with a good background of software development and IT experience of 2 to 6 years.

Domain / Technical

The detailed configuration of the following FI-CA components:

• Dunning
• Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
• Account Determination
• Settlement/Clearing Rules
• Collection Agencies
• Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
• Refunds
• Security Deposits
• Instalment Plans
• BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage
• Life Cycle of an Open items
• Payment Plan Knowledge
• Tax
• Knowledge of Batch jobs
• Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
