Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP CRM specializing in Fundamentals Service Marketing and Interaction Center. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Oil and Gas as well as Utilities. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of SAP CRM solutions to meet client requirements in the Oil and Gas and Utilities sectors.Oversee the integration of SAP CRM modules ensuring seamless interaction between Service Marketing and Interaction Center functionalities.Provide expert guidance on SAP CRM best practices helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs translating business requirements into technical specifications for SAP CRM solutions.Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP CRM implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP CRM solutions with other enterprise systems.Monitor and troubleshoot SAP CRM system performance providing proactive solutions to enhance system efficiency.Train and mentor client teams on SAP CRM functionalities ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM developments and industry trends incorporating new features and best practices into client solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements present solutions and obtain feedback.Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM implementations including technical specifications user guides and training materials.Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations to potential clients.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP CRM implementations.
Qualifications
