Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP CRM specializing in Fundamentals Service Marketing and Interaction Center. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Oil and Gas as well as Utilities. Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of SAP CRM solutions to meet client requirements in the Oil and Gas and Utilities sectors.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP CRM modules ensuring seamless interaction between Service Marketing and Interaction Center functionalities.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP CRM best practices helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs translating business requirements into technical specifications for SAP CRM solutions.
  • Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP CRM implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP CRM solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP CRM system performance providing proactive solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Train and mentor client teams on SAP CRM functionalities ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM developments and industry trends incorporating new features and best practices into client solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements present solutions and obtain feedback.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM implementations including technical specifications user guides and training materials.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP CRM implementations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP CRM Fundamentals Service Marketing and Interaction Center.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Oil and Gas and Utilities domains understanding industry-specific challenges and requirements.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Show proficiency in project management with a track record of delivering SAP CRM projects on time and within budget.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating with clients and team members.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with SAP CRM advancements and industry trends.
  • Hold a relevant certification in SAP CRM such as SAP Certified Application Associate
  • CRM Fundamentals with SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3.
