Hands on experience on Billing Master Data which includesa. Ratesb. Operandsc. Variantsd. Rate Categories, Rate Types, Rate Determinatione. Billing schemaf. Price keys and DiscountsKnowledge of Interlinking between Contracts, Contract Accounts, Business partner and InstallationsShould possess knowledge of Special Billing processes like Manual Billing and Bill correctionsShould have worked on Mass processing forBilling, Invoicing, collective Invoicing, Bill printsShould have worked on Mass scheduler and variants for Mass schedulerKnowledge of Integration with CRM, FI/CA DM, understanding of Print WorkbenchKnowledge of Integration of ISU and SD BillingWorked on Real time Pricing (RTP Interface and RTP Components)Complete understanding of payment plans (Budget Billing and Average Monthly Billing) and its integration with FI/CAHands On experience in Billing outsorts, EMMA monitoring, EMMA clarification casesWorked on installation groups

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.Responsibilities include:Guiding a team of 4-5 ISU Billing Functional ConsultantsHandling of Incident and Change RequestFamiliar with SLAWorking with deadlinesCo-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with CustomersDelivery within budget
Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU Billing Functional Consultant.
