Job Title:SAP ISU Billing Functional

Required Skillset: CRM, FI/CA,SD.

Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

MUST HAVE:

Domain / Technical

1. Hands on experience on Billing Master Data which includes
2. a. Rates
3. b. Operands
4. c. Variants
5. d. Rate Categories, Rate Types, Rate Determination
6. e. Billing schema
7. f. Price keys and Discounts
8. Knowledge of Interlinking between Contracts, Contract Accounts, Business partner and Installations
9. Should possess knowledge of Special Billing processes like Manual Billing and Bill corrections
10. Should have worked on Mass processing for

• Billing, Invoicing, collective Invoicing, Bill prints
• Should have worked on Mass scheduler and variants for Mass scheduler
• Knowledge of Integration with CRM, FI/CA DM, understanding of Print Workbench
• Knowledge of Integration of ISU and SD Billing
• Worked on Real time Pricing (RTP Interface and RTP Components)

1. Complete understanding of payment plans (Budget Billing and Average Monthly Billing) and its integration with FI/CA
2. Hands On experience in Billing outsorts, EMMA monitoring, EMMA clarification cases
3. Worked on installation groups

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

This is for ISU Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding a team of 4-5 ISU Billing Functional Consultants
• Handling of Incident and Change Request
• Familiar with SLA
• Working with deadlines
• Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers
• Delivery within budget

Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support/Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU Billing Functional Consultant.
