SAP Integration Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Integration Expert with strong expertise in outbound data transfer to support critical integration initiatives. The expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing outbound interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient data exchange.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Integration & Outbound Data Transfer

Design, develop, and manage outbound interfaces from SAP to external

applications.

Implement and support data transfer mechanisms such as:

• IDocs / ALE / EDI
• RFC / BAPI
• APIs & Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• File-based transfers (FTP/SFTP)
• Middleware platforms (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI)

System Coordination & Implementation

Collaborate with functional teams across multiple SAP modules to understand

integration needs.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across systems.

Troubleshoot integration failures and implement corrective actions.

Conduct interface testing, validation, and deployment.

Performance, Security & Compliance

Optimize interface performance and reliability.

Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and governance standards.

Maintain logs, documentation, and audit trails for all integrations.

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 8 years of overall SAP experience.

At least 5+ years of SAP integration experience with outbound data transfer.

Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or equivalent middleware.

Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party or government systems.

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of SAP data structures and integration architecture.

Expertise in IDocs, ALE, EDI, RFC, BAPI, APIs, and web services.

Understanding of multiple SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, SD, PM, HR).

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

SAP integration certifications (preferred).

Mandatory Requirements

Immediate joiner available to start on 02 March 2026.

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
