Job purpose

As an SAP Lead Developer, you are responsible for supporting the business by implementing Change Requests, supporting Roll-out projects and supporting in the Incident and Problem Management on our SAP platforms.

Your expertise in SAP technologies and strong communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

Main accountabilities and tasks

1. Design and delivery of SAP solutions that meet business requirement, whilst also ensuring global process and system harmonization
2. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for production incident resolution
3. Provide SAP training to key user/project team
4. Responsible for executing assigned activities including:

• Configuring the SAP system and system documentation
• Performing system testing
• Writing functional specifications in the development of RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements & Forms)
• Maintaining SAP user manuals
• Developing and supporting SAP integration with other 3rd-party systems
• Support system upgrades, patches

1. Adoption of best practices & compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features & enhancements
2. Coordinate activities with external SAP consultants if any

Desired experience and qualifications

Work experience:

Minimum 5 years on working experience in SAP modules MM (Material Management). Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP WM (Warehouse Management) would be a plus

Experience in a global company environment

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Strong acumen in SAP technologies, experience of multiple SAP roll-outs with both lead and hands on experience.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. SAP certifications are seen as a plus.

Languages: Fluent English / Chinese required other languages are an advantage
