Job Description: IBP Support Analyst

As a SAP IBP Support Analyst you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of SAPs cloud-based supply chain planning solutions for our clients. You will ensure systems run smoothly, processes are efficient, and innovations are delivered effectively.

Tasks:

• Provide solution support for SAP IBP following ITIL framework
• Analyze root causes of errors, implementing solutions, and ensuring stable system usage
• Identify and deliver process improvements and system enhancements to maximize the value of SAP IBP for clients
• Ensure service excellence and compliance with the service level agreement (SLA)
• Collaborate with a multi-module SAP IBP implementation team to ensure seamless integration and support
• Support implementation projects and gain valuable insights from experienced SAP architects
• Work for customers in European time zones

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

• Relevant qualifications and at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Deep expertise in SAP IBP Supply module
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS)
• Eagerness to expand expertise by working on other APS systems (e.g., Kinaxis)
• Good to have: Experience with SAP IBP Demand, SAP Inventory Optimizer, SAP Order-Based Planning (OBP), and ITIL knowledge
