Job Description:

Your key responsibilities

You are responsible to provide leadership functional knowledge and configuration skills to build Proprietary applications on top of SAP products
Responsible to deliver in a hybrid systems environment primarily SAP On Prem products SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud products
Responsible to deliver in the Agile process as part of a stable team
You are also expected to engage with partners and service providers to clarify any open operational or technical questions reporting to the product management function
Skills and attributes for success
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for IBP implementation
Design and configure SAP IBP modules including demand planning supply planning inventory optimization and sales and operations planning
Develop and execute project plans timelines and deliverables in collaboration with project teams
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end users on SAP IBP functionality and best practices
Collaborate with technical teams for data integration system interfaces and enhancements
Support system testing issue resolution and change management during project implementation
Provide ongoing post implementation support and system maintenance
Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features enhancements and industry best practices

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
5 7 years of hands on experience implementing SAP IBP solutions
Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes
Proficiency in configuring SAP IBP modules including demand planning supply planning and inventory optimization
Experience with data integration and system interfaces preferably using SAP HCI HANA Cloud Integration or SAP CPI Cloud Platform Integration
Ability to lead workshops gather business requirements and design solutions based on industry best practices
Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams
SAP IBP certification is a plus

Ideally youll also have

Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills Solution designing experience is a must
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes
