SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR/Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Configure and customize SAP HR modules including:
• Personnel Administration
• Organizational Management
• Time Management
• Payroll
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory , including tax calculations, postings, and reporting.
• Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules:
• Employee Central Payroll
• Compensation
• Other relevant SF modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong understanding of North American payroll regulations and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with BSI TaxFactory .
• Ability to work independently and lead projects in a North America timezone .
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
