Role: SAP ABAP HR Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Open to relocate to Hyderabad)

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer with strong hands-on expertise in HR ABAP, ABAP on HANA, Fiori, RICEF, HANA CDS and Payroll. Candidates must have solid technical and functional exposure in SAP HCM.

Mandatory Skills (Profiles without these will not be considered):

• SAP HR ABAP (Core HR ABAP Development)
• ABAP on HANA
• SAP Fiori Development
• ABAP RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• HANA CDS Views
• Strong Payroll Experience (Mandatory)

Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years

• Strong experience in SAP HR ABAP Design & Development
• Hands-on experience in HCM RICEF objects using HR logical databases (Reports, Programs, Screens)
• Functional knowledge of Payroll (Mandatory), OM & PA
• Experience working with HR Macros for reading data from Infotypes
• Hands-on experience with HR-related FMs/BAPIs for updating HR data
• Experience in integrating external (non-SAP) systems with SAP
• Minimum 2+ full-cycle implementations as SAP HR ABAP Developer
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Object-Oriented ABAP
• Smart Forms / SAP Scripts
• Interface Programming
• Enhancement Framework & BADIs
• Interactive Reporting
• Dialog Programming
• HANA CDS Views
• ABAP on HANA Development
• SAP Fiori/UI5 Development
• Proven experience in writing and validating Technical Specifications
• Ability to handle complex technical issues independently
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Location Preference: Hyderabad (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
