SAP SuccessFactors JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects ideally with AUS and PNG deployment experiences
2. Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
3. Previous multiple countries payroll support and should be able to engage business for all day to day activites.
4. Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
5. Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules
6. Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success
7. Payroll Integrations with S4(BIB), ATO and PTP
8. Experience in configuring UI mashups,
9. Experience in Payroll Control Center
10. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
11. Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
12. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
13. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
14. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
15. Knowledge on EC module is an added advantage
16. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
17. Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines.
18. Able to support other than JD tasks

SAP HCM Consultant

1.Should have worked on OM, PA

2. The HCM expert should be able to drive implementation and roll out projects for multiple global entities

3. Should have good understanding of time management and payroll.

4.Working knowledge of time and payroll schemas an added advantage

5. Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like FI

6. Mentors junior team members on technical/process areas
