Job Description

Job Title - SAP HR UK Payroll

Designation - Manager

Experience - 5 Years

Location- Gurgaon/Noida

An SAP HR UK Payroll Consultant is responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining SAP HCM Payroll processes tailored to the UK environment. This includes full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, patches, and ongoing payroll support. Client-facing and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors are key.


Primary Responsibilitie

s Full end-to-end UK payroll configuration, including schema and PCR customizations (e.g., PC00_M08_CALC, G000 schema

) Execution of month-end and year-end payroll runs; off-cycle and on-demand payroll suppor

t Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements: PAYE, NIC, pensions auto-enrollment, student loans, court orders, SSP/SMP/SPS calculation

s Build and maintain BACS/DME files and RTI submissions (FPS/EPS) to HMR

C Generate and manage payslips, year-end forms (e.g., P60, P45, P35, P14), and handle pension/fiscal reportin

g Support SAP HCM modules (PA/OM/Time Management); integrate payroll with FI, T&A, ESS and third-party vendor

s Troubleshoot production issues: payroll errors, master data issues, schema logic problem

s Lead or participate in SAP UK payroll implementations, upgrades, ongoing support, and patchin

g Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and data migratio

n
Required Skills & Qualificatio

ns 58+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience in UK payro

ll Proven end-to-end implementation (configuration, testing, go-live, support) visibili

ty In-depth expertise in schema (PCR) programming and wage type configurati

on Strong technical knowledge: SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time), basic ABAP awareness, integrations, and interfac

es Thorough understanding of UK payroll statutory compliance PAYE, NIC, pensions, RTI, et
