Support and configure SAP HR modules with a primary focus on Payroll, Compensation, and Personnel Administration

Handle endtoend payroll processing, payroll schema changes, PCR enhancements, and payroll cycle support

Manage Compensation module processes such as salary planning, merit increases, bonuses, and compensation cycles

Experience with wage types, PCRs, schemas, payroll rules, and payroll driver processes
