JD:
>Candidates proposed should have at least 4 years working in SAP projects.
-Minimum 1 full implementation experience. OR Minimum 3 Support experience which involves few custom developments.
-Overall understanding of core HR processes, Organization Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Trainings & Event Management - Must have good knowledge and working experience in Time and Shift Planning, Performance and Travel Management
-Good knowledge of HR processes across different modules
-Understanding of Integration of OM, PA with payroll
-Understanding of Payroll Posting and various integration
-Should be aware about Master and Transaction data deletion concepts.
