SAP HCM Lead

SAP HCM Lead JD:

• Lead SAP HCM module implementations (Indian Payroll, PA, OM, Time Management, ESS & MSS, Travel, etc.) across projects.
• Should have atleast 3 E2E implementations (BBP to Go-live) & support projects.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions, including configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, etc.) to ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices, process optimization, and industry trends in HR technology.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, providing functional and technical expertise.
• Handle issue resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP HCM.
• Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and HR regulations in system design and configuration.
