Required Skills
Strong handson experience in SAP HCM Core
Good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management
(OM)
Understanding of infotypes, actions, and dynamic actions
Experience in support and/or implementation projects
Basic knowledge of Payroll and Time Management integration
Good communication and stakeholderhandling skills
Good to Have
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
Knowledge of S/4HANA HCM roadmap
Experience in data migration and testing cycles
Prior experience in global HR environments
